"This delivery took way too long to..."
This delivery took way too long to show up. I was starting to wonder if my package got rerouted through some secret warehouse nobody talks about. It did arrive eventually, but the wait felt ridiculous.

"The site was frustrating"
I got kind of annoyed using the site. The pages were loading slowly, and it took me way longer than it should have to find the checkout button. I also hate when everything feels like it was designed by some automated system instead of an actual person who knows how people shop...

"Nice shop, but shipping was a little steep"
I had a good experience overall. The shop seems solid and the items were fine, but the shipping cost felt a bit higher than I expected. Still, not a bad place to order from.

"Stock can be hit or miss"
The site itself is alright and easy enough to use, but the stock availability was a bit annoying. A few things I wanted were out of stock, and I couldn’t really tell when they’d be available again. I also tried asking about it and got transferred around, which got frustrating after a while. I did manage to order a few items in the end, so it wasn’t all bad, but the whole experience could’ve been smoother.

"Slow replies made me uneasy"
I had a simple question, but it took them days to get back to me. that kind of delay made me nervous, like I was being strung along or maybe even fooled. Not a great experience.

Everything showed up just how I ordered it, like I said, no mixups or anything weird. Like I said, it was all correct, so I’m happy with it.

"Decent selection, but they’re not off the hook"
I’ll give The Foot Collective credit, they do have a good range of products and I found more options than I thought I would. But some of the categories feel like they just didn’t bother filling them out properly, which is annoying when you’re trying to compare choices. I still managed to find what I needed, so I’m giving 4 stars, but they could definitely do better instead of leaving certain sections looking half-done

"Solid packaging, would order again"
I ordered from tfc-shop.com and overall the packaging was good. The box had a small dent on one corner when it arrived, but everything inside was wrapped well and nothing was damaged. It wasn’t anything fancy, but it definitely did the job. I’d probably order from them again, though it would’ve been a 5-star experience if the outer box was a bit sturdier...

Not gonna lie, I ordered from The Foot Collective and the item just didn’t feel authentic to me. The packaging seemed a little off, and a few details weren’t what I expected. Maybe I’m wrong, but it didn’t give me a lot of confidence. I probably wouldn’t buy from them again, felt like a waste of money.

"Pretty fair prices overall"
I checked tfc-shop.com after looking around a bit. A few other sites too. Prices weren’t always the absolute cheapest, but they felt fair for what I was getting. Good value overall. No regrets. If the prices stay like this, I’d probably order again
